Domestic Shipping:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery Time: Shipments are handled by ST Courier, professional courier or Indian Post, with typical delivery times of 6 to 8 working days, depending on the destination. In rare cases, delivery may take 8 to 10 business days.
- Note: All products are non-returnable. For damaged product claims, please refer to our damage claim in return policy.
International Shipping:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 working days and shipped via Indian Post or DHL.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary by country and depend on the size and weight of the package. Rates are calculated based on the total gross weight, which includes product weight, inner packing, and outer carton.
- Payment: After placing an order, the shipping cost will be communicated to the customer via email. Once the shipping payment is completed, the order will be dispatched.
- Delivery Time: Most international orders are delivered within 10 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
- Tracking: An airbill number will be sent to the customer via email.
Customs and Duties:
- Customs Charges: Any applicable customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. While kadigai and DHL can assist with the clearance process, it is the customer’s duty to pay and clear the consignment.
